Co-Design
Jointly develop occupational standards, curriculum, training packages and assessment tools with the vocational school
Match & Train Coaches
Match learners to job roles and train supervisors to become certified workplace coaches.
WBL Training
6-month training — 75%–90% on-the-job / 10%–25% theory.

Validate, certify competencies and transition to employment.

For Youth · YOUTH
Learn your trade at a company of your choice, with the opportunity to become an employee upon graduation
- Currently 7 occupational fields available
- Training contract with your chosen company. Upon completion, opportunity to sign a full employment contract
- Allowance during training from the company, plus other company benefits*
- Receive a Level 2 Basic Certificate from the Ministry of Education
- Can continue lifelong learning to upgrade qualifications
